DESCRIPTION
Lotus cc:Mail Access transforms your Zaurus into a pocket E-mail terminal, allowing you to remotely send and retrieve E-mail using your Zaurus.

The new Lotus cc:Mail Access software takes advantage of an existing cc:Mail application running on a single or network PC, allowing individuals or small workgroups of up to 20 users to send and retrieve E-mail, PC files and Zaurus data.

In addition to communicating to the user's remote PC via modem, the new software also allows users to access E-mail locally, by infrared beam or cable.

FEATURES

• Retrieve your E-Mail  and exchange messages with your cc:Mail mailbox from the road using a unit that weighs less than a pound.
  
• Retrieve a messages header list and selectively download only the messages you want.
  
• Send and receive MS Word compatible documents (.TXT and .RTF) using the built-in Documents application.
  
• Send and receive Excel 4.0 (.XLS) files with the built-in Spreadsheet application found on the ZR-5700 and ZR-5800.
  
• Protect your privacy with built-in security, since your cc:Mail Log-in Name and password are used to validate your login.

In addition, the multi-user version offers:

• Capability to configure one computer as a dial-up "messaging" server for all ZR PDA users.
  
• Ability to register up to 20 users who may log into ZR Access and exchange mail with their cc:Mail accounts.
