Now you can transfer data in 2 easy steps:

  1. Find the entry you want to send, and press SEND on your Zaurus.
  2. ZAP automatically wakes up and puts the information in the Windows Clipboard. Just select PASTE from the edit menu!


FEATURES

Point and Shoot Data Exchange
Just press SEND on the Zaurus to instantly send the currently displayed contact, note, graphic image, document, or even a folder stuffed with records directly into the Windows Clipboard. Then just select PASTE on your PC to instantly insert the Zaurus data right into your favorite software package. To send text on your PC screen to the Zaurus, just copy it to the Windows clipboard and press GET on the Zaurus. No wires necessary as Zaurus uses infrared beaming, not unlike your TV remote. Simply check your IN folder on the Zaurus to find the newly received data.

Import/Export
Flexible import/export options allow you to load a file of records from your favorite Personal Information Manager (PIM) directly to your Zaurus. Fields can be mapped to match the Zaurus structure. You can also send your Zaurus files to your favorite PC program for viewing, printing, etc. Settings for popular PC software programs such as Act! and Schedule Plus are provided. Check your favorite software program's instruction manual to verify support for RTF, ASCII(text), BMP/PICT or CSV/TDF (text with fields) data formats. This software also allows you to backup your Zaurus data onto your PC for safe keeping.
