YO-550RDESCRIPTION
The Sharp YO-550 Electronic Organizer combines small size and multifunction utility. This model also includes the American Heritage Dictionary.

Using the Menu operations, you can customize access in each function to one key. You can also exchange information with another compatible organizer, or even an IBM-compatible PC. World clock, schedule functions, memos, secret classification of data and password, expense tracking, conversions; the YO-550 handles it all.

Home and World Clocks
Local time and 27 major cities of the world.

Calendar Function
Displays monthly, weekly, or daily calendars from January 1901 through December 2099. The calendar can store and check information on events and activities on particular dates.

Schedules
Enter important dates in the future or important dates of the past in the Schedule function. Dates are marked with tags in the Organizer's calendar display. Alarms can be set for reminders.

Anniversary Function
Never forget birthdays or anniversaries again! Can be set to display every day of the week leading up to the event.

Telephone Directory
Store names, numbers and addresses of contacts or personal friends. Three directories keep listings separate.

Memos
Jot down and keep thoughts, trivia, or uncategorized notes or information.

To Do
Don't just remember your tasks: prioritize them. Assigning levels of priority to your lists saves time.

Track Expenses
View expenses by day or a designated period. Contains date, amount and payment type information.

Dictionary
Your Organizer contains a full-function version of the American Heritage Concise Dictionary; providing you with instant word power on the road, in the office, or at home.

Calculator
Performs the four arithmetic calculations with up to 12 digits.

Conversion
Between different currencies, units of measure, temperature and energy.

Secret
Protect confidential data with a password. Any entry from Schedule, Telephone Directory, Memo, To Do, Anniversary and Expense can be marked as "classified".

Other
Customize date format, calendar, time, and view memory check.

Data Transfer
With Sharp's CE-490 (Version 1.2 or higher) Organizer Link Software and cable package, or with Rupp-Lynx linking software, you can exchange data with an IBM compatible personal computer. You can transfer data between YO-550 organizers with the optional CE-300L cable, and with the following other Sharp organizer models:
