DESCRIPTION
The Sharp YO-180 Memo Master Organizer combines small size and multifunction utility. This model also includes PC linking software and a cable to back up data on your PC.

Using the Menu operations, you can customize access in each function to one key. You can also exchange information with another compatible organizer, as well as an IBM-compatible PC. Modes include an URL mode for storing info about urls on the Web, and a telephone and e-mail mode.World clock, schedule functions, memos, secret classification of data and password, expense tracking, conversions; the YO-180 handles it all.

Calendar Function
Displays monthly, weekly, or daily calendars from January 1901 through December 2099. The calendar can store and check information on events and activities on particular dates.

Telephone and E-Mail Listings
Store names, numbers, addresses and e-mail addresses of contacts or personal friends.

Url Listings

Stores company name, www url, and remarks.

Schedules
Enter important dates in the future or important dates of the past in the Schedule function. Dates are marked with tags in the Organizer's calendar display. Alarms can be set for reminders.

To Do
Don't just remember your tasks: prioritize them. Assigning levels of priority to your lists saves time. And when completed, check them off as done.

Memos
Jot down and keep thoughts, trivia, or uncategorized notes or information.

Track Expenses
View expenses by day or a designated period. Contains date, amount and payment type information. View summaries or reports by date periods.

Anniversary Function
Never forget birthdays or anniversaries again!

Calculator
Performs the four arithmetic calculations with up to 12 digits.

Conversion
Between different currencies and units of measure.

Secret
Protect confidential data with a password. Any entry from Schedule, Telephone Directory, Memo, To Do, Anniversary and Expense can be marked as "classified".

Data Transfer
With the included PC link software and cable package, you can exchange data with an IBM compatible personal computer. You can transfer data between YO-180 organizers and with the following other Sharp organizer models:
