Person-to-Person Support
Support for IntelliLink
Pygmy provides technical support for all our products. To receive technical support, you can contact us by fax or E-mail. This service is free. Also, you should try the FAQ section, since most common questions can be found there. If you want to receive one-to-one support via telephone, you must have purchased a Single-Incident or Multi-Incident plan, and have the plan number ready when you call.
If you need to contact us for technical support, please follow the instructions below.
Free Technical Information
You can submit your question by fax or e-mail and request a faxback or e-mail reponse. We will respond within 48 hours or less. To submit questions, you must be sure to include the following information:
Your full name
Your company name
Your telephone numbers (voice and fax, please) or e-mail address
The product name(s) and version number(s)
Your computer type and operating system
For Zaurus or Wizard users, the model number of the organizer you are using
The printer type (if you are having a printer problem)
Please describe the problem with as much detail as possible. If you are getting error messages, include the exact message as it appears on your screen. The more information you give us, the easier it will be for us to determine the answer.

Person-to-Person Support
If you want to receive one-to-one support via telephone, you must have purchased a Single-Incident or Multi-Incident plan, and have the plan number ready when you call. Person-to-Person Support hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm ET Monday through Friday.If you need to purchase a Single or Multi-Incident Plan:
- Call 1-800-44-PYGMY and request the plan you want to purchase.
- Your Sales Representative will assign you a unique Plan number, and advise you that our Technical Support staff will contact you (so that you will not pay telephone charges).
- A member of our Technical Support staff will return your phone call within 4 hours.
If you already have a Single or Multi-Incident Plan:
- Call Technical Support at 1-305-253-1212, extension 380.
- Leave a message in the Support mailbox with your name, phone number and plan number.
- A member of our Technical Support staff will return your phone call within 4 hours.
Support for IntelliLink
To get technical support for IntelliLink products, you can also phone Puma Technology at (603)888-1400. The folks there are very knowledgeable and helpful (we've even phoned them ourselves!).
