DESCRIPTION

Mobilon PEP Battery Pack/Case This smart black leather-like coskin case with zipper closures designed for the Sharp Mobilon models HC-4500 and HC-4600 also holds a battery pack, since the many outstanding features of the Mobilon color HPC's can be a significant drain on the internal NiMH battery. (These features include Windows CE program capabilities, and PC Card Digital Camera.)

PEP worked with Sharp to develop a thin (1/3 inch) auxiliary battery pack (4V, 2.5Ah) which can plug into a modified Mobilon battery shell, act as though it is the internal battery and deliver much longer run times (2X to 4X). End-users wanting even longer run time can move up to higher capacity ThinLine® cells (i.e. 3.2Ah, 4.0Ah and 5.0Ah). Another great feature is that the PEP auxiliary battery can be recharged using the Sharp Mobilon AC adapter.
