DESCRIPTION
PilotForms is a forms application development tool for the PalmPilot™ Organizer. With PilotForms you can design your own custom form on your PC (in as little as five minutes), and, after HotSyncing the design to your PalmPilot, begin collecting data right away.

After collecting your data, the information is automatically HotSynced to your desktop where it can be viewed or exported to Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel or to ASCII (CSV) files.

Features include:

Easy to use form designer can be used by non-programmers. Just write in the field name and select a field type.
Manager automatically creates a PC database table for collected data.
Keystroke Depreciation.
Use Microsoft Access to build custom queries and reports (Microsoft Access not required for View/Export capability).
18 different field types (Text,Read-Only Text, Numeric, Currency, Yes/No Checkbox, Scale of 1 to 5, Popup List, Date Only Field, Date + Time Field, Time Field, Lookup List, Exclusive Lookup List, Section Field, Jump Popup List, Subform List, Time Checkbox, Completion Checkbox, Signature Field)
Four data transfer modes (remove records from PalmPilot after the HotSync, keep records on PalmPilot indefinitely, keep records on PalmPilot for 1 to 999 days, keep records on PalmPilot until the record is marked complete).
Up to 250 fields per form, 255 form designs per PalmPilot.
Space efficient PalmPilot data store. Recommended 5000 cells maximum for effective sorting & searching.
Filtering and Sorting functions available on PalmPilot.
Import from CSV (ASCII) formatted files.
Import and export form designs to share with other users.
