DESCRIPTION
PhoneTone for Windows CE lets you generate TouchTone sounds from your handheld PC. Let your handheld do the dialing for you from any phone.

PhoneTone works as an automatic speed dialer with phone numbers from the Handheld PC's Contacts database, freeing you from looking up a number, reading it and dialing it on the phone. PhoneTone searches Contacts for the specified name, then "dials" it with one touch of the screen. Just select a number from Contacts, hold your handheld up to the receiver, and press Dial on the screen. PhoneTone dials the number for you.

PhoneTone utilizes Windows CE's intelligence to automatically add country, city and area codes, access codes and credit card numbers where appropriate; however, you can choose not to use this feature if you prefer.

Use PhoneTone to get your phone messages and voice mail when you're overseas or at a rotary phone. TouchTone tones communicate with your phone system, so you don't have to be at the mercy of non-compatible phones.

PhoneTone uses Windows CE's Locations information, so any calling cards, access codes, or passwords you've already set up will work automatically! Plus, you can set up calling cards (and easily switch between them) within PhoneTone and make your own Speed Dial buttons for the numbers you call most.
